GOOD HEALTH for BabyBoomers . . . Keep it Simple.
* This is the part where we want to teach you how to reduce your Blood Presssure & Cholesterol, which lowers your risk of Cancer, Cardiovascular Disease, & Diabetes.
* These suggestions also increase your memory, endorphin levels, and ease arthritic joint movement.

1. Actually believe "MY HEALTH IS EXCELLENT!", exercise your mind more, have a complex hobby, read more, continue to learn, & develop a passion for life.

2. Sleep enough, eliminate the stressors in your life, argue less, meditate, and:
* TEST your EKG, Blood Pressure, Cholesterol, and Blood Sugar once a year.

3. ENDURANCE training (ride a bicycle 30 minutes a day, 5 times a week),
* RESISTANCE training (wear 3 lb. wrist and 5 lb. ankle weights when you are at home).

4. Incorporate into your weekly diet at least once:
* BREAKFAST: Bananas, Blueberries, Cantaloupe, Oatmeal, Peaches,
* LUNCH: Broccoli, Cucumber, Poultry, Spinach, Strawberries,
* DINNER: Fish, Mangoes, Papayas, Peanuts, Pears, Red Grapes, Watermelon,

5. Take 100% of RDA of VITAMINS: A, B6, B12, C, D, & E., and MINERALS: Calcium, Chromium, Copper, Potassium, & Zinc, EVERY DAY.
